WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE SG300 OR CATALYTS 2960

Reviewing the PDF of both models, often find that the technical characteristics of the switches outperform small bussines ws-c2960 switches and much lower prices.

Someone could clarify the difference lies in that technique and how we are cheaper if you have better performance in the role that the Catalyst 2960?

For SG300 menu based CLI is telling me that is not the standard CLI we all know. Can be similar, but if is not the same IOS, I would expect all the bugs of a different software.
