It was solved by deleting the "ip redirect"
Even though 63.5 is not the IP being used, it is questionable why I redirected to 63.5...

Hello,
which device corresponds to which text file output ? Where is network 172.17.12.0/24 configured ?

The 172.17.12.0 network is HQ.
I found out that the routing table of the 63.31 switch is weird.
192.168.63.5 is an IP that does not exist.
What should I do??

Hello,
it might help to have a diagram that shows all the devices in the entire path, that is, from 172.17.12.0/24 to 192.168.63.34...

The path is WAN.
Please see the config in 63.31.
The routing table points to 63.5, but there is no setting for routing.

ip route 192.168.0.0 0.0.255.255 10.244.16.65-> this route point to upper Router "edge router" not to SW.

Hello
Disable ip routing on the switches ( Busan-63.31-5F, Busan-63.33-3F, Busan-63.34-3F-2) and use default-gateways
