Why does Cisco commerce (CCW) doesn't support catalyst router 82/8300?

Hi, we need to plan to buy catalyst 8000 series routers, but seems they are not in CCW portal. Last year I still can create an estimate for 8200 router, but this year it is not available. Don't know why.  Can someone please advise where can create an estimate for 8000 series routers? Thanks in advance!

both Cisco 8200 and 8300 are supported by CCW. Try searching by C8200 or C8300 and you will see a number of options for both platforms.

Thanks @liviu.gheorghe for your advice. I clicked "Create Estimate" , then I typed C8300 in the search bar, and can see the list of C8300 routers, but when I chose 8300-1N1S-6T, it gave the message "the item is not valid". Please advise, thanks in advance!

I think it's something on your end - have you tried clearing the browsers cache or tried with another browser? Is your CCO ID associated with a Cisco partner or distributor?

I just tried adding the C8300-1N1S-6T and it works without any error messages - see attached.

Thanks @liviu.gheorghe . can't use guest / personal cco. Last year still can, but now can't.
