Hi,
There is nothing to worry about. During a cold unexpected reboot (power off), some files may get corrupted and are repaired during the next reboot. If you use a graceful reboot (via the reload command) instead, those messages should disappear.

u are right, reload the device, the warming and errors are not display, but the warming and errors are still display if u power on next time.

Hi,
I reload the ASR1002-F router, there is not warning message anymore. But the display led "critical" is still on. Is there a way to get rid this alarm? To say the least it is misleading.
I've got the screen-shot for boot up of this router.

Hi All,
I have same problem, but in ASR1004. I've reloaded that device, but when i power on again, the notice
%IOSXEBOOT-4-FILESYS_ERRORS_CORRECTED: (rp/0): bootflash contained errors which were auto-corrected
%IOSXEBOOT-4-BOOT_SRC: (rp/0): Non-HD Boot
still there.
is anybody can help me??
Thank you.

The errors are not serious provided it say 'auto-corrected'.
The documentation says issue a 'reload' command before powering down to ensure all the log files are closed correctly (it's Linux based), but it isn't clear from the documentation at what point it is ready to be powered off. It appears that when it displays 'initialising hardware' that is the right time, but you could miss that message.
If you issue the command as 'reload pause' and wait for the 'Enter [continue]...' prompt it halts at the right point and means you don't need to have one eye on the terminal while being ready to dive for the power switch!

I just a similar error messages on ISR-4331 router. Reloading the router eliminates the messages.
