WIC 2T Problems

Dear all ,

Currently i have cisco 1841 router as connected 2 Mbps internet connection in wic 2t serial0 one port.

Last week i bought new 2 Mbps internet line and connected to free wic 2t serial1 port .

But the link was showing down.Again i connected to wic 2t serial0 port,change the configuration, same error continues.

But i installed new wic 2t card ,the new link was working fine.

What is the problem,old wic 2t card is working fine with old 2Mbps connection,new 2 Mbps connection only creating problem.

Hi

Can you post the output of following commands ?

show run / show controller / show diag

do post out the outputs with both the new and old card and with old connection running up and the new connection showing down..

Which make of modem you are using for new 2 mbps link?? & also which make of modem you are using for old 2mbps link?? Please let me know.
