Hello, I am currently learning about the Cisco tracer packets
my problem is that when watching the videos provided and going step by step with the instructor, I received a problem where I can't connect the wireless router/ home wireless router to the webcam. So when I pressed onto the wireless router to check the modules I couldn't find any and I couldn't connect to it. I tried multiple ways from changing the wireless type to only trying to connect the wireless router alone to the webcam still no use.

There is a hack for that.
On the camera config, go to the botton and click advanced
Go to I/O config and change the Adapter to PT-IOT-NM-1CE
The Ethernet interface will pop up.

You can choose and test. It will not break. But, the first one should work.

If I am not mistaken, web cam in PacketTracer is only accepting wireless connecion. You probably can connect IoT cable but it will work with appliances not network devices.

any suggestion in how can I do that, since the videos uploaded by Cisco shows that the webcam is connected to the wireless router via a cable

go to the courses provided by Cisco : Getting started with Cisco Packet Tracer > module 1 > 1.1.2 Deploying Devices

Hi
I think you need to use a Home Gateway or connected with a Switch as you can see the Photo I'm attaching to the replay.
My Best Regards
