would like to make 2 subnets on one RV130 router

We are trying to reproduce a problem a client has and think we can do it, if our router was configured correctly and I'm not sure how with this model.

2 windows7 pcs, each connects to the first 2 ports on the router.

DHCP enabled and IP address of the router, and the 2 pcs jotted down.

How can I establish 2 different subnets - one for pc 1 and the other pc2?

they don't need an internet connection, but I should be able to ping each PC

You should be able to configure inter-vlan routing to perform your testing and I've taken some snapshot of the steps for you on the simulator.give that a try
