which IOS's , later than 12.2(18)SXD ? is 12.2(33)SRE is higher or not?

SRE is higher than SRA, but I'm not sure how to compare 7600's SR* with 6500's SX* (in terms of ROMMON version requirement for the base line card)...
Anyway, how does "show module" look? And which of the line cards do you wish to populate with that DFC? - maybe it doesn't have the latest firmware, and updating it to 12.2(18r)S1 could help...
