1 service VPN for Voice and another service VPN for Data at Remote Site ????

Hi Guys

 

in the traditional networking at remote site we usualy have 1 VLAN for Data and 1 vlan for voice, in the Remote Site SD-WAN Base do  i need to create 2 Service VPN ? i mean 1 service VPN for Voice and another service VPN for Data

 

pls advice

Hi Ibrahim,

 

You can still use 2 different interfaces/subinterfaces in the same service VPN. You don't need to place each VLAN into separate VPN if there is no need for segmentation.

Hi Ibrahim Jamil,

 

you can create one service vpn under this service vpn you can create multiple VLANS . 

 

For voice you can create VLAN 10 

For Data You can create VLAN 20

I have used as an example like 10 and 20 you can use anything you want. you can also configure VRRP for redundancy. 

 

Also for the better performance you use Application aware routing policy for voice and data traffic. 

 

I have recently deployed the same requirement for one of customer.
