can we use same device template of 20.3.41 to 20.6.3

Hi Team,

We onboarded number of devices when our MANO was on following versions
vManage: 20.3.4.1

vBond: 20.3.4

vSmart: 20.3.4

We created number of device templates and everything was running smoth for on-boarding cEdge devices ( on 17.3.3 )
Since we upgraded to 20.6.3 version , we are unable to on-board any new edge devices . 
Can we use temlates device/feature created on 20.3.41 to 20.6.3 ? 
Looks like probably we may have to create new device/feature template again as I was thinking of re-using old device template. 

No issues seen for old devices which were already on-boarded when our Mano was on 20.3.4

Anyone else facing same problem ?

Cisco confirmed that this is a bug behaviour. 

However more clarity is required as not quite sure how to fix specially when we don't have OOB access or SSH access on VPN0 to all edge devices ( already deployed in the field ).
