How can get access to Cisco modeling lab free ?

If you mean the free tier version that you would install on your own Intel computer, then you must sign up for it.

OTOH, if you mean the sandbox version, then you will find it on devnet.

You can try the free tier for up to 5 nodes it’s great for small labs. I’d recommend also checking DevNet sandboxes if you don’t want to install anything locally. Both options work well for SD-WAN and routing practice.
