Hi There,

When i am trying to access the vManage from Google Chrome Browser its not accessible, giving error "This Site Can't be Reached". However, CLI mode is properly accessible from Putty.

Ping is successful from both end Windows CMD side & vManage CLI side.

Kindly find the below logs for your reference.

sorry for late reply,
can you make all vmanage vbond vsmart in same subnet (connect to SW) then you can also connect bridge cloud and try access vmanage

You didnt't answer questions about telnet output and resources, what are vCPU and RAM which you have given for vmanage instance?

HTH,
Please rate and mark as an accepted solution if you have found any of the information provided useful.

Hi @pnkjmalik11

Sorry for late reply. I had the same problem during my study lab. The first one was about the CPU and vRAM resources that wasn't enough. You can check this on the follow link: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/routers/sdwan/release/notes/compatibility-and-server-recommendations/server-requirements.html

The second one occured when I did a vManage upgrade. I solved by creating a new vm and performing the restore vManage by utilization of a configuration-db backup. You can check this on the follow link: https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/routers/sd-wan/220305-standalone-vmanage-disaster-recovery.html

Best regards
