Cloud on ramp for SaaS for custom application

Hi,

MY sdwan is CDCS means no mgmt control to vBond and vsmart, limited options in vManage global settings.

i am trying to configure cloud on ramp for SaaS for custom app.

created custom app, defined DIA and Gateway Sites with interfaces.

created policy, enabling monitoring .

attached policy to DIA and Gateway sites.

but do not get any hits on the QoE score, not sure what i am missing. can anyone suggest if deployed in their infrastructure.

Hi,
I had the same problem you reported. In this case, I used the HTTPS probe by selecting the URL in the SaaS application customization, remembering that this URL must be accessible.

QoE Score worked in my environment. Try doing this in yours and let us know if it worked.

It sounds like you’ve set things up correctly, so the missing QoE hits might be down to how the custom app is defined or whether the traffic is actually matching the policy. I’d double-check the app definition and make sure monitoring is enabled end to end. Curious if anyone else here has tried Cloud onRamp for SaaS with custom apps and run into the same issue?
