Hi ,
I have to deploy Vmanage in AWS in DC-DR mode and want to achieve automatic failover and Database replication from Primary vManage to Secondary vManage. I have gone through some cisco docs and found using vManage node as an arbitrator but couldn't find any deployment and configuration details related to this.
Please share the links in which Arbitrator deployment and configuration details if it supported by cisco.
Thanks & Regards
Ravi

Hi,
there are 2 HA options for vManage: active-cold standby (1+1) and clustering with DR (3+3). In case of, active-cold standby you don't have any pairing/ sync between devices and arbitrator option. In case of, clustering you have that option.
For active-cold standby automation you will need custom scrip to monitor&check and do actions in case of primary vmanage failure.

Looks like this feature is removed, as you mentioned.
Also, DR is supported for 6+6 cluster or even cluster with single node. Below are guide with recent release information:
Disaster recovery is validated as follows:
For releases earlier than Cisco IOS XE Release 17.4.1a and Cisco SD-WAN Release 20.4.1, disaster recovery is validated for a three-node cluster.
In Cisco IOS XE Release 17.4.1a and Cisco SD-WAN Release 20.4.1, disaster recovery is validated for a six-node cluster.
In Cisco IOS XE Release 17.5.1a and Cisco SD-WAN Release 20.5.1, disaster recovery is validated for a deployment with a single primary node.
