Enterprise root CA install failed in vManage. (GUI and CLI)

I am labbing up SD-WAN using my Enterprise CA. The installation of my root cert doesn't show up despite showing successful when installing via the GUI and CLI. 

I even found reference to syncing the root cert chain by going here:

https://<vmanage ip>/dataservice/system/device/sync/rootcertchain

NTP is configured and time is correct. But the root cert doesn't show up.

And I cannot generate a CSR.

Does anyone have a suggestion?

I fixed it and it has to be one of two things.

1) the domain name configured in the "Set CSR Properties" under Administration > Settings > Controller Certificate Authorization.

2) the Organization name is case sensitive. I was using "BLG" and our CA is using "blg". 

I stumbled on this by noticing blg was lower case in the "show certificate root-ca-cert" command and I had it upper case in vManage GUI.
