full mesh or hub and spoke design considerations

hi,

I am preparing high level design and customer preference is full mesh network. there are currently ~30 sites and customer prefers full mesh network. following are devices to be deployed in future.

8000v

c8200-1N-4T

C8300-1N1S-6T

C1127-8PL-TEP

i could only find 8200/8300 maximum tunnel support. i couldnt find 8000v and c1127 maximum tunnel support. what is usually best practice?
