Get SDWAN Cisco Version 19.3

Currently I am using version 18.3 of cisco Sdwan Vmanage
Is it possible that you put Cisco SDWAN vmanage version 19.3 in your SANDBOX catalog?
I need version 19.3 for future development.

Don't!

I'd wait for 20.1 release which should be within 2-3 weeks. I was told that the testing is closed and documentation is finalizing.
