Hold Down timer for TLOC Notificatons? SDWAN

We are getting a number of random short timeframe notifications from v-manage regarding TLOCs most of which occur in about a one minute timeframe between up/down.  Not sure what is triggering these and we've been working with TAC unsuccessfully thus far to identify a cause or solution.

So does anyone know of a "hold down" timer for these specific type of alerts so v-manage won't send them unless the TLOC is down for way 5 minutes instead of in these cases one or two minutes?  Specifics listed below on what we are receiving:

Down event notification: Severity: Major Event: Control TLOC Down Devices: [10.xxx.0.1] Hostnames: xxx-RT Color: MPLS Site Id: xxx Message: All Control connections for the TLOC are down Occurred on: Wed Feb 05 16:43:17 UTC 2025 Up Event:

Severity: Medium Event: Control TLOC Up Devices: [10.xxx.0.1] Hostnames: [xxx-RT] Color: MPLS Site Id: xxx Message: Control connections for the TLOC came up Occurred on: Wed Feb 05 16:44:16 UTC 2025
