Greetings!
Id like to get an honest take on Cisco Hyperflex as a SAN solution, from the perspective of migrating away from Netapp.
I have the directive from above to replace our Netapp infrastructure (currently at 10 Nodes with 12 SVMs, so not terribly large.) for...... "something else".
Naturally, Im looking at Cisco as our VM environment is Hosted on UCS... so it would be nice to manage storage from the same pane of glass. Alternatively,. we are deploying DCNM to manage our Nexus infrastructure, so their could be the possibility to use that platform alternatively I believe.
SO, what are your experiences with Hyperflex as a platform... Do you see it as a viable alternative to Netapp... I know storage is storage, but I'm curious about any "gotchas" anyone has run across with Cisco SAN.
