How can I delete the vEdge's certificate?

Hi,

I have an erroneously-installed certificate on vEdge (20.3.1) and I would like to replace it with another one. I thought I would just issue request certificate install <path to the certificate> but it doesn't work. In the output below I'm not even given the possibility to choose between yes and NO and the default answer is automatically chosen.

vEdge21# clear installed-certificates
Are you sure you want to clear installed certificates? [yes,NO]
Aborted: by user

I have to say that I deleted all the (default) root chain previously installed, even the one that signed the certificate I want to replace, so I don-t know if this might be the problem.

Gio

UPDATE:

It seems the certificate got removed somehow.

vEdge21# show certificate installed

Installed device certificates
-----------------------------
vEdge21#

Still I would like to know what's the right way to remove it without waiting that it disappears by its own.

TIA

Hi Alex!

The certificate mush explicity match the org name, also please watchout with the spaces becuase the syntax is very sensitive because the parser. Also please try to name it to something like SDWANroot.pem2

In the other hand you must install the rootCA with the next command

request root-cert-chain install path
