ISR4451 + SD WAN

I have the below Cisco ISR router in my environment.

Cisco ISR4451-X/K9 running Cisco IOS XE Software, Version 16.06.06

Would like to know if this router can be used as SD-WAN router by changing the IOS router to SD-WAN IOS ?

Does this router model can be converted to SD-WAN device ?

ISR 4451 is supported for SD-WAN. See the hardware compatibility matrix here

In the data sheet regarding performance of ISR 4451 router the below is mentioned

Encryption throughput (Internet MIX)   2 Gbps

Could you please let me know what does that means ?
Encryption throughput - Is it IPSec throughput ?

What is Internet MIX means ?
