Migrate vManage Controllers from MSP Cloud to Cisco Hosted?

I have a scenario where I want to migrate  the SD-WAN Controllers from MSP Cloud ( in this case BT) to the Cisco Hosted Cloud or AWS Public Cloud hosted model.  Ideally retaining the edge devices and licensing to be used with the new controller setup in the new cloud hosted environment.   Can this work? How?

I think you can achieve this by migrating vManage config DB.

Config DB has all vManage information. (Template, Policy, Controller/Edge Information)
