Could you please provide me with recommendations for implementing Qos for webex callin voice traffic?

Cannot comment on SDWAN aspect, but WebEX voice should be treated as you generally would/should any other real-time voice, i.e. minimum latency, jitter and/or drops. The former often accomplished by providing voice traffic absolute bandwidth usage priority over all other traffic and insuring there's sufficient (i.e. its max, not its average) bandwidth for the voice traffic.
