Routing table on Vsmart Query

Can we see routing table on Vsmart or Can we see just OMP peering ?

and reason also

show omp routes on vSmart will show all the routes received from the peers
Doing 'show omp ?', provides additional options.

vSmart acts more like a BGP RR (route-reflector)

Do sh ip route command works on Vsmart?

Yes. The 'show ip route' does exist. It will only show the local connected routes for VPN 0 and VPN 512 (if configured)
If your question is about OMP routes showing in the 'show ip route" - the answer is "No", as those routes will be OMP table.
