SD-AVC incorrect detect app on SDWAN Router.

Hello everyone,

I have checked app-fwd on SDWAN Router and found SD-AVC incorrect tracking app of some website from Application "amazon-ec2" Family "web" to Application "zoom-meeting" Family "instant-messaging". and make it cannot access due to we have breakout policy for zoom applicaiton.

But that website not relate with the zoom application. not sure it cause any error on SD-AVC or not?

I am experiencing a similar problem in version 20.9.4. What version do you have? Have you opened a TAC case?

The current version of SDWAN router is 17.09.04.0.5180

From your problem in version 20.9.4, this problem specify on release note or not?

Yes, I have opened case with Cisco TAC.

No, I think it is a bug that is not in the release notes.
We are probably suffering from the same unknown bug. Could you share with me the case number to TAC by private message?
Maybe, if we share information between the engineers of both cases, we can help each other.

On the other hand, do you have custom applications configured?
