SD-WAN Design validation

Hello,

I'm working on SD-WAN project, the main architecture is as per the attached topology.

We have two Datacenters, production and DR. The connectivity with the Branches will be via MPLS through main site and via LTE as a backup link through DR sites.

The branch users subnets will be routed statically on the Core switch towards the SD WAN router as the next hop, on the SD WAN router it will be routed inside the IPSec tunnel with the branch.

My questions are:

1- is the propsed topology considered as valid one?

2- what is the best way to handle routing between Main, DR datacenters and the branch office if one link failed? as an example
* if MPLS link failed, and one of the servers in the Main site wants to communicate with the users subnets at the branch, what is the best way to guide this traffic to go to the DR site and hit the SD WAN router there ? (Noting that there is already static route on Core switch of main datacenter for the users subnets to the MPLS SD WAN router as next hop)
