Hi Guys
I have some questions about SDWAN.
1.On vManage is there a simple workflow or easy template to set up a branch with dual routers?
2.What is the easiest and most simple way to get say 2 ISR edge routers set up and onboarded onto my platform, would it be the pnp method, what would this involve?
3.I see in in some cases where we need to do some cli on the routers, can vmanage do everything, or are there some bits which we need to do in cli for the initial setup?
cheers

Hi,
1) should be workflow with configuration group. Template better you create yourself, by this way you will have full understanding of configuration and how it is translated to CLI commands
2) PNP, indeed, works if you already setup (smart account, vbond profile etc.). Another option to have some initial configuration for transport interfaces and to reach controllers, rest will be pushed by controllers
3) While onboarding the device, if you dont do PNP then device should have some kind of initial configuration to interfaces/ IP address etc. which is done manually or using bootstrap option. Also, if you used enterprise CA as controller certification option, then you should import root CA certificate which signed controller certificates, otherwise controller connection can not be built between router and controllers.

My views i would create an standard template in vManage for all all on boarding devices.
Attached to device and download Bootstrap configuration and load on the router and reload - connect to device to network (make sure it has reachability to vBond to onboard the device). - Monitor on the console see how it progressing.
Once the device onboarding you can see in vManage inSync.
verify from router sdwan control connections.
