SD-WAN with Azure Express Route as transport

Good day,

I am looking for assistance with setting up sd-wan data plane tunnel over the Azure ExR circuit. I have an on-prem c8500 and a pair of c8000v on Azure. I did not use CloudOnRamp for Multicloud to setup the pair of c8000v in Azure for business reasons and it was mostly manual. Has anyone here configured Azure ExR as transport, and I would appreciate their guidance.

Where do you have the C8kv NVA? In vhub or in vnet? Is ExR connected on vhub?
