Dears,
I want to add a new TCP router to the two existing TCP routers installed at two different locations in the SDA network setup. Is it possible to add a new TCP router to the existing routers within the SDA network? My plan is to connect all three TCP routers using LISP/BGP routing protocols.

Hello @shahulhameed
You mean control-plan border (MS/MR) node as "TCP routers" ?

TCP as in transit control plane? If so you won't be able to add this role to a device which currently has any other role in your topology. Transit control plane nodes must be dedicated to the purpose.

Sorry, I didn’t mention my requirements. Actually, I want to create a new site. I currently have a traditional network for the site and want to enhance it to SDA. To do this, I plan to install a TCP router at the location and configure two BNs for the TCP. From the BNs, the edge nodes will be configured. One of my colleagues is saying that SDA deployment with LISP/BGP is only supported by two TCPs (transit control planes) and that I can't add a third TCP router for the new site. Is it true? or Can I add third TCP router?
