SDWAN Packet Capture Session Error: Already another session is active

There is no capture packet running but, when I tried to run the packet capture under:

Network > Troubleshooting > Packet Capture

I'm getting the message:

Session Error: Already another session is active

The router was already reloaded but the issue persistst.
