SNMP OID value for monitoring CPU & memory usage of vEdge 1000

Hi,

I'm trying to monitor CPU & Memory usage with our vEdge 1000 SD-WAN routers by adding OID values to our SNMP tool.

What are OID values can I add for monitoring each CPU & Memory usage?
