Symantec certificate failed

Hi,

I generated CSR for vManage/vSmart/vBond and get certificates signed by Symantec. I installed certificates for vBond/vSmart without any problem, but for vManage I got message

Failed to retrieve device data

Not able to find any device for CSR common name vmanage-51dd2101-045d-4e5d-a35b-88e65e92e490-0.viptela.com

Any help what could be wrong?

Solved by issuing new certificate sign on from Symatec

Hi,
This issue usually comes when something is not matched in your certificate, like changed names (aka organization), so to avoid endless troubleshooting, start with a new CSR, submit it for validation and sign, then come again to the logs if you still have the same issue.
