got to understand that , vEdge cloud doesn't support "su" access. we need to troubleshoot it from vManage.

No, we need to be able to troubleshoot Layer2 / Layer3 problems during WAN Turn Up events of newly deployed VEDGE.
We need to be able to run SUDO to access TCPDUMP to examine Ethernet Frames on the wire.
MEF Vendors are always incorrectly provisioning Layer3 circuits with wrong tagging settings.

I already replied to the other thread. You can run tcpdump without using the request command. You could also go into vshell if you need more advanced troubleshooting.
