vEdge Onboarding Issue

Hello,

first two vEdges were onboarded manually by setting up Ip addresses unde vpn 0

third vEdge, i am trying to onboard using prebuilt templates but under vmanage-confg-devices, its showing synch pending, device is offline

what could be an issue ?

Hi,

show control local-properties

show control connections

show control connection-history

, use above commands to see what is the problem. You should have proper local configuration (and at least one TLOC in UP state), you should have control connection to vBond then to vManage/vSmart.
