vedge100 TACACS permissions

Hi All

Using TACACs to login to my vedge100s.  ISE is the AAA server.  I can log in to the router , but I seem to get "basic" permissions.   I want netadmin permissions.  Is there some av-pair that I have to send back from TACACs to specify permissions.  I can't seem to find docs on this anywhere.
