Viptela 20.3.2 CLI password encryption

I understand the local account passwords on the CLI are encrypted, are these reversible?

Older Cisco device allowed us to decrypt the password but finally they fixed it. Now a days, it is not possible anymore.

This can cause some problemas for admins but is necessary to stay safe.
