I am trying to configure per-tunnel qos feature on the HUB router (ASR1001X, IOS-XE 17.03.02). In my case, TLOC is 802.1q ethernet sub-interface.
I see that the correct policy-map has been created on the HUB, but it has not been applied to the sub-interface.
If my TLOC is a standard ethernet interface - everything is OK.

So my question is whether the per-tunnel qos is supported on 802.1q sub-interfaces?
