vManage and SAML user not recognised

Hi,

We have a AWS hosted vmanage solution and have configured SAML auth through Entra. 

This works perfectly when using an incognito browser. However when logging in not using incognito/provate browsing 50% of the time after completing the authentication to Entra vmanage states that the user is not found.

I've been testing using Firefox and a user container plugin so I know that the user being presented/passed through via the browser is the correct one. The same experience is presented irrespective of browser used.

I'm struggling as there don't seem to be many logs to see what is going wrong, has anyone else had this issue and found a solution, or have any tips to resolve?

Hello @MrSlow, Welcome to the community!

Have you upgraded vManage recently? Which version are you running?

Issues like these can be caused by cached information in your browser. However I guess you are aware of this based on your question. I would probably raise a TAC case for this if you feel certain the app registration/other configuration on the Azure side is correct.
