vManage cannot be accessed

Hi vMagane cannot be addessed via GUI like below screenshot. After waiting for a while, it can be accessed. but sometimes it cannot be accessed even after waiting for long time. Any other reason can cause the isssue? Thank you

Hi,

This could be for other reasons.
vManage has several processes. Application Server is one of them.
GUI works when the application-server is running successfully.
If any of the other vManage Processes doesn't come properly, application-server is not successful.
Doing an ssh into the vManage and doing - request nms all status - would be a good starting point.
