vManage Packet Capture gets stuck in the loading status

Hi,

I am experiencing an issue generating the packet capture file in vManage UI. After stopping the packet capture, vManage initiate a preparation of the file for download, but it gets stuck in the loading status until a 'Session timed out' error message appears.

The SD-WAN is running the version 20.6.5.5, and I don't know if I am hitting in a bug in this current version.

I appreciate any help from the community.

Hi,

which option do you use in Data Stream configuration? If you use VPN0, then ensure that netconf is reachable for back and force traffic.

And also try to check using other options.
