Contextual Conversational Support for AI Assistant is a new enhancement that enables administrators to maintain context within a conversation thread in the AI Assistant. This feature allows follow-up prompts to be understood in the context of previous prompts, streamlining interactions with the AI Assistant and improving task efficiency.
Key Benefits
- Seamless Context Awareness: The AI Assistant retains the context of up to five recent prompts within a thread for most tasks, enabling smooth and natural follow-up interactions without the need to re-enter prior details.
- Improved Efficiency: By eliminating the redundant step of retyping contextual elements of a prompt administrators can complete tasks more quickly.
- Enhanced Usability: Contextual understanding makes the AI Assistant more intuitive, providing administrators with an effortless and conversational way to manage their Secure Access environment.
Getting Started
To begin using Contextual Conversation Support for AI Assistant:
- Open the AI Assistant from the Secure Access toolbar.
- Begin a conversation with a prompt, such as:
- Troubleshooting: "Why can't John access Jira?"
- Policy Creation: "Allow engineering access to Jira."
- Documentation Summarization: "What is the Top Destinations Report?"
- Experience Insights: "What is the latency for Lee Meadows?"
- Follow up with contextual prompts like "Why can't he access SharePoint?" or "How do I configure it?" to leverage the Assistant’s ability to retain relevant context.
