We are excited to announce the availability of Resource Connectors in Docker Containers for Secure Access! This new capability provides a cloud-agnostic solution for deploying Resource Connectors, allowing you to extend connectivity across various environments.
Introducing Resource Connectors in Docker Containers
Previously, Resource Connector deployment was limited to specific platforms like AWS, Azure, and VMware. With this update, you can now deploy Resource Connectors using Docker Containers, enabling consistent and simplified connectivity to private applications hosted in any supported environment.
Please note that Secure Access supports Ubuntu Server LTS 22.04 x64 only as the host machine which should be dedicated for the Resource Connector and here are the host requirements:
CPU: At least two vCPUs.
Memory: At least 4 GB.
Disk Space: At least 8 GB.
Network: Single network interface on the host/VM.
Key Benefits include:
1. Cloud-Agnostic Deployment: Deploy Resource Connectors seamlessly across different cloud providers.
2. Simplified Connectivity: Consistently package and run applications across various environments using Docker.
