How to authorize new tenants for the newly supported platforms? 
As an Admin you can authenticate tenants with the SaaS API DLP through the Secure Access dashboard at ADMIN > AUTHENTICATION > PLATFORMS.

Which automatic remediation is supported for SaaS API DLP?
ServiceNow supports automatic quarantine, the quarantined file is saved in the Cisco Quarantine table accessible only to the admin who authenticated the tenant.  
While Slack supports automatic deletion of the files and messages.

How can I configure SaaS API DLP to remediate infected files automatically? 
As an administrator, you can configure SaaS API DLP to automatically remediate sensitive data exposure through the dashboard.
This can be done in the Response Action section of the SaaS API DLP rule.
In the Secure Access dashboard go to SECURE > POLICY > DATA LOSS PREVENTION POLICY > ADD RULE > SAAS API RULE > ACTION
