is there a way to monitor configuration changes in ACS 5.x. I would like to have a report or a message, when the configuration has changed (e.g. rules, policy elements, new hosts ....).

Go to Monitoring & Reports > Reports > Catalog > ACS Instance
select radio button by "ACS Configuration Audit" and then Run->Query and Run
can now enter your search requirements and press "Run" to generate the report
