This is a work in progress on how to use the upcoming those using the ISE 3.1 Enterprise & Security v2 demo (due late June early July) with ServiceNow SNOW
This document and any attached are in DRAFT state for reference only
For the latest listed and demo availabilities please check Selling ISE demos
For help on this please work with the following: hslai, jakunst, and aacook @cisco.com
Steps to Success
Pre-Work - sign up for SNOW developer instance (see attached document)
Step 1 - export endpoints from dCloud ISE instance and save to dCloud workstation (more info coming)
Step 2 - run script for dCloud ISE endpoint import into user's SNOW instance - video attached
Step 3 - follow GitHub guide for creating SNOW integration into ISE (currently uses Network Adapter table in SNOW, but could easily change to Computer table)

I have been told recently by a customer that you should not call ServiceNow by the acronym SNOW. I believe that this is because there is a software company that develops an application for ServiceNow, and it is called SNOW Software. So, I think there may be a copyright issue - but not certain. My customer said that is was made absolutely clear to them that they should call ServiceNow, ServiceNow - and they were told it was for legal reasons (so I am just guessing what I said above).
