i have a customer his central-manager always restarts itself , my company send him a new device with the same series ( 512 , ios 4.1.1d), i created a backup from the old CM and i restored it on the new CM , but all WAE's dont register the CM , it always say's " Pending , CM is busy ,tray later " or "offline" as it if no CM in the network , i tried to disable and enable CMS ,reload for the all WAE's with no use ,i tried to reload the CM ,disable and enable CMS with no use
so i need some answers for these questions:
1-is there a problem with restoring a backup database on another device ,even if it is the same series and IOS?
2-are there certain modification i have to do on the other WAE's?
3-do i need to start the whole policy configuration from scratch , restore the factory defaults for the all Devices ?
