CIMC configuration or setup USC C220

I received Cisco UCS C220 but cisco imc ipv4 ip is 0.0.0.0 there is no F8 Cisco IMC configuration option at startup. I tried to reset the bios - in the bios itself and by removing the battery. It didn't change anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!

After the configuring and testing memory screen, what does the server boot to? If you cannot get into F8, you can attempt to plug in the management port or LOM ports to a network with DHCP enabled and pull an IP address to configure CIMC. Otherwise, you may need to configure using serial connection.

I connected the management port to a network with DHCP enabled and got a cimc error on startup. After restarting the server, the ip returned to its previous state of 0.0.0.0
