We have configure 18 internal adapter with MAC address in CIP. I will need to change 9 of those to different MAC address. Since the other 9 adapter will be still on production, will I need to shut down the channel interface during the re-configuration?
In one time, I have change one adapter mac address. And I found that the adapter isn't work until re-IPL the router. So in formal procedure, do I need to shut down the interface for the change of the mac address of the internal adapter of the CIP?
