I have a Cisco 3020 that maxes bandwidth occasionally at 900Mb/s. There are tons (thousands every hour) discards(Output Drops) even though the bandwidth does not seem to be maxed out. Anyone know why I might be seeing this many discards if the bandwidth is not maxed out?
