Cisco UCS C200 M2 - HDD showing unconfigured good

HDD showing unconfigured good after few hours the server started.

everything will good back after restarted server. But after few hours again, the server HDD showing unconfigured good again and need to be restarted.

Sounds like an issue with the raid controller.

Also recall a few cases where the onboard controller (software raid) was configured, and customers attempted to install ESXi to the VD/raid volume, which is not supported.

Would normally point you to open tac case, but M2's have passed last day of support a number of years ago.
